‘Punctum: Works from the Arts Council Collection’ at glór in Ennis includes painting, sculpture and video. The exhibition is curated by Shelagh Honan and the title is drawn from Roland Barthes’ concept of punctum, a detail within a work that subjectively ‘stings’ or ‘pricks’. The exhibition invites viewers to find their own points of connection with the artworks. Artists include Jack Crabtree, Amanda Coogan, Ailbhe Ní Bhriain, Dragana Jurišić, Caoimhín Gaffney, Áine Phillips, Rajinder Singh and Daragh Soden.
