At GalleryX, artist Brian Gormley exhibits ‘Hypermonochromatic’, a series of monochromatic works ranging from envelopes to canvases that evoke Rorschach patterns, primitive forms and Japanese calligraphy. This is a new departure for Gormley, who is known for his hybrid works influenced by Abstract Expressionism and graffiti art, expressed through colourful abstract patterns.
