In her exhibition ‘Custodian’, Louise Leonard explores the towpaths of the Royal Canal, public and private gardens in Ireland, Italy and Germany, and the farmlands of the Austrian Tyrol. Using traditional print techniques, Leonard fills her work with fine detail and tonal values. Her copperplate etchings on view at Graphic Studio Gallery look at public-amenity landscapes.
