Photographer Mike Brown’s exhibition ‘Chemical Portraits’ at GalleryX showcases his recent work using the wet-plate collodion method. A slow and deliberate process, it gives a unique tone and mood to the final image and is well suited to the artist’s interest in the female nude. Brown has also published a collection of these images in a limited-edition volume.
