‘Les Chemins de Migration’, an exhibition of photographs by Sean McCrum at the Irish Architectural Archive, centres on the relationship of buildings to their landscapes and environments. Contrasting the chemins de migration – stone huts built for transient shepherds in France – and Roquefixade Castle in Ariège, the exhibition explores the cultural history of these buildings.
