In her installation of large-scale oil paintings, sculptures and Plexiglas mirrors, Karen Ebbs explores ideas of perception. ‘The Audacity of Hope: an Outer Reflection of an Inner Reality’, at dlr LexIcon, Dún Laoghaire, guides viewers through the space, their reflections drawn into luminous fields of colour, gesture and abstraction, allowing them to be both observer and participant.
