Siobhán McDonald combines oil paint with natural materials. In ‘Sonance’ at Taylor Galleries, the artist draws on ancient geological maps, the edges of seascapes and current environmental catastrophes to investigate relationships between human and non-human worlds. The exhibition includes works on paper and abstract paintings that examine impermanence and the slow, restorative fl ow of time.
