‘we make our own histories’ at the National Museum of Ireland – Decorative Arts and History presents a manifesto for a future Ireland. The multimedia installation by Anthony Haughey was created through collaboration with more than 500 young people across Ireland in a series of conversations, workshops and durational art processes. A series of artworks inspired by the museum’s collections explores and embraces emerging cultural identities.
