‘An Artist’s Presence’ at the National Gallery of Ireland explores how artists have portrayed themselves or have been depicted by others. Featuring drawings and paintings that span the 18th to the 21st centuries, the exhibition draws on the gallery’s collection and includes works by artists as diverse as William Orpen, Elisabeth Vigée-Le Brun, James Barry, Flora Mitchell and Nancy Lee Katz.
