The Dublin Painting and Sketching Club’s 138th Annual Exhibition will present new work based on the theme of ‘100 Years of Irish Writing, 1916 – 2016’. At the Concourse Gallery in Dún Laoghaire Town Hall, the exhibition features nearly three hundred artworks by over eighty member artists. This visual tribute to the literary works of Irish authors includes Brid Clarke, Aidan Hickey, and Ursula Klinger. Supported by Whyte’s and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, a number of public events will take place during the exhibition, including painting demonstrations.
