‘These Fragments and the Ambiguity of Stories’, an exhibition by sculptor Declan Breen at GalleryX, comprises a series of wall-mounted sculptures in wood and plaster with miscellaneous objects counterpoised against a background image. The simplicity of figures and other elements creates a stage where narrative and meaning can be enacted by the context and placement of the objects.
