‘Kyoto Garden’ at the Oliver Sears Gallery, is an exhibition of new photographs by Amelia Stein, based on the artist’s journey to Japan in 2023. Stein photographed the Zen dry gardens of Kyoto and other temple gardens. Her images capture the form and experience of these places, holding time and space in suspension.
