Work by Fiona Kelly at the Luan Gallery, Athlone centres on the con- cept of fallowness, considering the value of stillness as both a method and a form of resistance, question- ing expectations of constant artistic production in an age defined by urgency. ‘Allow to Fallow’ explores how spaces of contemplation might be reintroduced in contemporary practice, with work in sculpture, print and video.
