Diana Copperwhite’s forthcoming exhibition at the West Cork Arts Centre showcases a new ambition in scale, writes Alannah Hopkin
Diana Copperwhite is only the second painter (the other was Paul Doran in 2005) to win the AIB Prize. The prize, for an emerging Irish visual artist, helps them launch their career, with €20,000 towards a catalogue, and a showcase exhibition this October at the nominating gallery, in this case, the West Cork Arts Centre
