Liam Gillick’s exhibition ‘À Bientôt, J’Espère…’ at the Kerlin Gallery presents text-based work alongside a survey presentation of sculptural work spanning two decades. The show includes platforms, screens, prototypes, signage and structural supports made from Plexiglas and aluminium in standardised colours from the RAL colour-management system. Through his work, Gillick offers a critique of neoliberal and corporate aesthetics, automation and endless (re)development.
