A previously unknown sculpture by Bartholomew Cramillion, the celebrated sculptor-stuccodore of the Rotunda Hospital chapel, the stuccowork on the walls of the grand staircase of the Palais de Charles de Lorraine in Brussels, and creator of some of the finest rococo ceilings in either Ireland or England, including those from Mespil House and Áras an Uachtaráin, has come to light in a church in Lummen, near Hasselt, in eastern Belgium
