This set of prints is based on a series of watercolour paintings by the eminent architect Ronnie Tallon. The paintings were made in the quiet privacy of his study during the last four years since he retired from full-time practice as an architect.

A couple of years ago I visited him in his house. The tour culminated in his study, a calm and peaceful space at the end of the house where the landscape of the garden comes through the glass gable wall into the space of the room. It felt like a place of observation, focus and thought.
